All the staff are extremely courteous and friendly and really make me feel welcome. I have a technical background and feel very confident in and reassured by the commanding knowledge demonstrated by the technicians, especially Rigo, needed to successfully diagnose and resolve any issues.
There are many options available for service (including other much closer dealerships) but I gladly choose to drive the 85 mile roundtrip from my home in Sierra Madre to Valencia for all my Acura servicing needs - I even bring my Chevrolet Corvette in for oil changes and general checkups.

When you and Don first opened Valencia Acura in 1997, I became one of your regular customers.
I was impressed by the friendliness of your new dealership ? and it kept me coming back often enough to buy six cars from you.
But my dream car had always been a certain German luxury brand. So several years ago I made the decision to spend the extra money and "move up" to the pricier make. As things turned out, I quickly saw that their style of friendliness only lasted until they had completed the sales transaction.
When I brought their car in for service ? which was often and expensive ? the staff acted like I was a stranger. I was soon very disappointed with the quality of the car, their service and the general attitude of the dealership. But I still had German luxury stars in my eyes, so I hung in there with them. But after a few years of putting up with this, I realized it was never going to get any better. My dream car had turned into a nightmare.
I decided to look for another dealership to buy my next car. I remembered the great customer service at Valencia Acura ? but I thought that after all these years it couldn't possibly be the same. So I came into your dealership to find out for myself.
I was amazed to find that it was exactly the same ? if not even better. When I walked into the showroom, everyone said hello. Several people actually remembered me from all those years ago. Coming back to Valencia Acura was like being home.
I was so pleased I decided to trade in my German car right then and there. I ultimately chose to buy a beautiful pre-owned RL. I expressed a couple of concerns to Mike Dellolio in service and fixed them with no questions. Salesman Bryan Oh was also very nice. He even got in touch with me after I took the car home to make sure everything was fine.

I have to say that your service advisor Mike Dellolio is very
professional, courteous and a true gentleman on the job. I had a
problem with my vehicle and Mike was there once again making everything
very convenient with his personal touch.
He even set me up with a rental while the issue was being resolved with

any worries about how I would get there. Let me tell you - working in
the movie industry is very demanding and I work a lot of crazy hours.

cannot ever say enough about the quality service provided by the staff,
mechanics and porters at your dealership. My car is always serviced quickly at a
reasonable rate, washed inside and out (it's typically really filthy due to
living on a dirt road) with a bottle of water inside when done. I don't get this
quality of service from the Audi dealer where they service my A8L. As a result,
I always recommend your dealership to anyone who will listen and if Acura
corporate ever contacts me I'll be happy to tell them the same. Thank you again

Last Saturday morning I called to see if I could drop my MDX off for
some way overdue service and grinding brakes. Even though your service
guys were down two technicians due to illness, Mike Dellolio's answer

I can't tell you how much I appreciate a business that treats its

makes our lives easier. My son had a football game that day and my wife
and I had ten different stops to make, so Mike provided me with an MDX

It's very important for me to tell you about my experience at Valencia
Acura.
I had pretty much already made up my mind to buy a car at another
dealership,
but I stopped into your showroom just to take a look at the new 2009
Acura TSX.
I was met by Paul Reyes, who took me for a test drive. Paul did not put
any
pressure on me whatsoever and explained all of the features. He was
calm,
patient and went over things more than once so that I would be
comfortable
with handling the vehicle and know about all the functions of the car. I
really
fell in love with the TSX, but I decided to leave and think about what I
wanted to
do - as well as compare the car to others I had been researching for
some time.
Again, Paul did not try to pressure me. If he had, I would not have
returned.
I returned to your dealership and asked Paul to take me out again. As
before, he walked me step by step through the functions that were
especially
important to me. I know that he was doing his job, but it just didn't
feel like
that was what he was doing. He treated me with gentleness and respect.
I have to tell you that anytime I have ever gone through the process of
purchasing a car it has always been an extremely unpleasant process.
However, Paul made this time a pleasant and educational experience.
Yes,
I loved the look and everything else about the car, but it was really
Paul's
guidance and care that convinced me to buy my car at your dealership.
I was also assisted by sales manager Daniel Choe and Brian Afdahl, who
helped
me through the financial part of the transaction.
Since buying my car, I have come in several times with questions. I was
not
ignored after the purchase - which had happened in the past at other

Valencia Acura is by far the most customer service oriented dealership
I have ever dealt with! It really doesn't take much to stand above most
dealerships - but Valencia Acura towers above the others. They
definitely exceed my expectations.
There are a number of things that impress me about Valencia Acura:
-The longevity of the service writers. I've dealt with the same people
for five years now (since we bought our 2003). They always make me feel
welcome and very important. If they say they will do something, they
do it and follow-through. The quality of work is excellent and I have
never had to return with the same problem.
-You can tell the ownership is behind the strong customer service
commitment. The free "perks" they offer really stand out. Like the
massages, shoe shines, nail treatments, good quality donuts and an
assortment of coffee and soft drinks.
-Everyone in the dealership is friendly and "customer aware." No matter
who you run into, you are greeted respectfully and most ask if there is
anything they can do for you!
-Lastly, there's one thing that has to be generated from the very top.
It is apparent the employees like one another and like working there.
The day I was in, an employee was celebrating her 21st birthday and I
watched other Valencia Acura employees go out of their way to wish her
well. That means a lot because those kind of relationships spill out
onto the customer.
This dealership is in a class all by itself!

I simply wanted to drop you a line to thank you & Don for creating
such an incredible environment for those of us purchasing and servicing
our cars at Valencia Acura. I purchased my first Integra from VA in
1989, and with our latest purchases in '06 of my daughter's RSX and my
wife's '07 MDX... we've now purchased nine (9) cars from your
dealership, currently own three (my car is an '04 TL) and have referred
many others who've purchased from you as well.
My loyalty
to your dealership speaks for itself, and is largely due to the many
great sales people over the years combined with the incredible "three
amigos" in the service department. Hats off to you for being able to
put together such a great ensemble at your facility. After living in
Southern California my entire 44 years, I am about to permanently
relocate out of state. Although I may not continue to have our regular
maintenance performed there, I most likely will be coming back to
Valencia Acura to purchase my next car (when the TL gets it's next
makeover). I have to have SOME reason to come back & visit, EH!

On Monday night I was leaving City Hall when I noticed my tire
pressure warning light was on. I checked the display and saw that my
left rear tire was down to 22 psi. I didn't want to take it home
because I knew the tire would be flat the next day and I'd have to get
it towed. So I just drove over to Valencia Acura even though I knew the
service department would be closed by that time (it was about 8pm).
I walked into the show room and talked to one of the guys on the floor.
I told him my problem and asked if I could leave the car overnight and
have the tire fixed in the morning. He said that it would be no
problem, walked me over to the service department, got me an "early
bird" envelope and took it with my key when I had filled it out.
Nothing but smiles from the guy.
Next morning the car was ready before I left for work at 8am. Turns out
I had picked up a screw in the tire. When I got to the dealership to
pay I found that my car had also been washed. So I drove away in a car
which had been fixed earlier than I would have ever thought, clean as a
whistle and it cost way less than I expected. Not only that - but they
let me keep my car there over night so I didn't have to get it towed the
next day. AND everyone I talked to was amazing.
Bottom line - I think it's a statement to the quality of your dealership
that when I was driving home in a bit of a jam I thought of Valencia
Acura, and sure enough they helped me out. I wager that nobody ever
thinks that a car dealership will ever be very helpful. It's just not
the perception the auto industry in general has with the public. But
your team came through for me again.

To say that I am satisfied with my recent visit to your service
department would be an understatement.
I was recently in an
auto accident and my MDX was crunched up pretty good. So it was
delivered to Pride Auto body for the repairs. As part of the repairs
Pride Auto would be sending my MDX over to your service department to
install a new airbag and dash. Fortunately my car was due for its
30,000 mile check up. So when my MDX was sent to your service department
to install the new parts, I asked Robin to complete my 30,000 mile
checkup at the same time.
It was important to me to know that
when my car repairs were complete, that I would be confident that the
car that would be "as close to new" as possible. I wanted to make sure
that there wouldn't be any additional unforeseen problems as the result
of the accident. So I asked Robin to go the extra mile to look the car
over. On several occasions Robin called me back to report what had been
done. I can say that I am confident that my MDX has been given the
once over. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the fact
that I did not have to call to ask a service update. And Robin is the
greatest! Thank you to all at Valencia Acura! You guys are the BEST !!

I wanted to let you know of my experience at your dealership. It was
time for me to replace my vehicle I had driven for 15 years. I was very
apprehensive about shopping for a new vehicle. I was interested in the
Acura TSX, Lexus IS 250, Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. Our first stop
was at your dealership. We were so impressed by your friendly and
understanding staff.
Paul Terwilliger greeted us with a smile and handshake. I told him
that I was going to test drive the 4 different vehicles and make my
decision on performance of the vehicle and who was willing to work
within my budget. The minute we got into the TSX Paul went over ALL
the features of the vehicle which was very helpful. The test drive was
terrific I fell in love with the TSX, but still wanted to test drive the
other cars mentioned. Paul understood completely and reminded me of
the reliability of the Acura along with It's safety features. I
appreciated the fact that Paul never once pressured us or spoke badly
about the competition.
When we were at lunch after test driving the other vehicles, Paul
called to see how we were doing and if there were any questions he could
answer to help us make our decision. Little did Paul know we had made
out decision the Acura TSX won hands down!
We came back to your dealership that afternoon to purchase my TSX!
You had the color on the lot I wanted (premium pearl white) and with the
AAA discount, we were able to add those "extra's" my husband and
daughter said I had to have (I must admit, I do love the chrome wheels
and rear spoiler)!!
Along with Paul, Michael in finance was amazing! He kept us laughing
during the whole paperwork process. Thank you both you went above and
beyond! I also appreciate the way the car sparkled when we picked it

"It is always a great day when I visit Valencia Acura."
My last visit to Valencia Acura was even above my high expectations. My service advisor, Joey Dellolio, was polite and listened to all the details about my MDX. He didn't interrupt me while I was talking or give me a nonsense explanation of how they would try to duplicate the problems that I experienced with my vehicle. After all, I am there to get immediate help and not to be told later "It's not possible". Joey provided me with excellent L-E-D service. That's Listen-Explain-Do?and I like that kind of service.
I usually bring my family with me when I come to your dealership. My kids love the free snacks and my wife and I enjoy the fresh brewed coffee. If we want go to the mall, you take us there in style with your Acura courtesy shuttle. The drivers are courteous and your cashier greets me by name.
Most importantly, my service needs are completely addressed and I go home with a newly washed MDX ? at no charge. I love anything that's free. All in all, I had a great day at Valencia Acura. By the way, I've been to many other dealerships and none is as courteous as yours! Keep up the good work and excellent customer service.
