Valencia Acura

Meet the Owners

Hello all, and Welcome to Don and Cheri's Valencia Acura!

Here is a brief story about us.  Since moving to the area in 1997, it's always been important for us to be dedicated to helping our community. Even then, when Valencia Acura was far from realizing a profit, we began donating money, products, and services to various worthy causes. Today, we donate all this, plus our time, and we're proud to have been involved with many individuals, families, and organizations that need a helping hand. Today, you see us many different places, because we care.

Below you can read more about our owners Don and Cheri.

CHERI FLEMING BIOGRAPHY

2012

Cheri Fleming was born and raised in Parma Heights, Ohio and moved to Southern California after graduating from Ohio University.  She and her husband, Don, have an entrepreneurial spirit and have owned various businesses; however, the car business "hooked" them in 1985.  In 1997, Cheri and Don purchased Valencia Acura, and made the decision to put Cheri in the leadership position as Dealer Principal.  At that time Valencia Acura ranked dead last nationally in sales and customer satisfaction.  With no place to go but up, Cheri and Don began treating customers the way they would want to be treated, and became a vital force in the Santa Clarita community.  Today Valencia Acura is in the top Acura dealerships in sales and one of the highest ranking customer satisfaction dealerships in the country.   Their sales penetration in their primary market area and customer loyalty ranks among the highest in the nation.
