We want to thank the service department at Valencia Acura for the way they have treated myself and my wife in the eight months we have been here in Valencia. Nothing but praise for your service department
I have nothing but praise for your service department. Alex took great care of my needs, was very cordial and efficient. Since I do not live in Valencia I asked him if the work could be done as quickly as possible and the car was ready by noon instead of 5:00. It was nice to have a loaner car while I waited. Warranty work was done-new power steering pump, new battery, and door weatherstripping. Car was washed and vacuumed nicely, too. I was treated very nicely, by all your employees. I can go either to Bakersfield or Valencia and based on my experiences at both, I will return to your service department. Thank you again for a great experience.

Outstanding service I have always received
The Service Department at Valencia Acura was wonderful, as usual. Robin took care of me, and the experience was fantastic. I have to say that it's the service department at Valencia Acura that brings me back. I bought my MDX there in 2003, and had a great experience in the dealership itself. Based on that experience, and the outstanding service I have always received from Robin, Mike and Joey, I encouraged my husband to buy a TL last year. He didn't care for his experience in the dealership itself- not nearly as good as when I purchased my car. But my husband does also appreciate the service department, as I do. The care they give us, and the personal attention, is one of the main reasons I'd purchase another Acura. Having to bring my car in, they are the people we deal with, and the ones that leave a lasting impression. I would love to purchase another Acura in the future, but I hope the dealership improves to match the high level of professionalism and personal attention found in the service department.
