As usual, my visit to your service department was excellent. I cannot ever say enough about the quality service provided by the staff, mechanics and porters at your dealership. My car is always serviced quickly at a reasonable rate, washed inside and out (it's typically really filthy due to living on a dirt road) with a bottle of water inside when done. I don't get this quality of service from the Audi dealer where they service my A8L. As a result, I always recommend your dealership to anyone who will listen and if Acura corporate ever contacts me I'll be happy to tell them the same. I've been an Acura owner for the last 20+ years, but I'm new to Valencia Acura - having purchased my new RL from you. My contact has been primarily with Daniel Choe and Mike Dellolio. Because of them and the outstanding customer service they provide, I've continued to bring my car back to Valencia Acura for Service. My residence is in Tarzana, so coming to Valencia Acura is about a 30 mile one way trip for me. I go out of my way to come to Valencia Acura, because Daniel and Mike both go out of their way to make sure your customers are receiving the customer service they need. The service that my husband and I got at Valencia Acura was first rate. We were able to get an appointment the very next day to have our tires replaced, balanced and aligned at a far better price. We searched the web and my husband made some calls. To my surprise we got the best deal and timely service with David Edwards at Valencia Acura. And this was for our Nissan Pathfinder!
