Wow,

What a week it’s been. Busy, busy, busy here at Valencia Acura, helping people find the car of their dreams and helping them maintain their current ones. As always, though, some things are just more important than business. This week we’d like to bring to your attention the Arthritis Walk on April 29^th, an important annual event that helps raise money for the Arthritis Foundation. If you’ve been following our writings you know that is something I know a great deal about, and we’re committed to doing what we can to support finding a cure for this debilitating disease. This year, we will be hosting the Arthritis Walk’s Kick-Off Reception right here in the Valencia Acura showroom. Celebrity attendants will include Rick Chambers of CBS and the former City of Santa Clarita Mayor and current State Assemblyman, our friend Cameron Smythe. For details give us a call.

In the past I was the chair of the Arthritis Walk. It’s one of the many things that helped us earn the 2006 AIADA’s Woman of the year award which was a great honor, but the fact is, we just like to help out with causes that we believe in. So stay tuned, we’ll be asking you all for participation and fundraising support for the Arthritis Walk . More to come…

CUSTOMER’S VOICE.

I wanted to let you know of my experience at your dealership.  It was time for me to replace my vehicle I had driven for 15 years.  I was very apprehensive about shopping for a new vehicle. I was interested in the Acura TSX, Lexus IS 250, Honda Accord and Toyota Camry.  Our first stop was at your dealership.  We were so impressed by your friendly and understanding staff....Paul Terwilliger greeted us with a smile and handshake.  I told him that I was going to test drive the 4 different vehicles and make my decision on performance of the vehicle and who was willing to work within my budget.  The minute we got into the TSX  Paul went over ALL the features of the vehicle which was very helpful.  The test drive was terrific I fell in love with the TSX, but still wanted to test drive the other cars mentioned.  Paul understood completely and reminded me of the reliability of the Acura along with It's safety features.  I appreciated the fact that Paul never once pressured us or spoke badly about the competition.

When we were at lunch after test driving the other vehicles, Paul called to see how we were doing and if there were any questions he could answer to help us make our decision.  Little did Paul know we had made out decision the Acura TSX won hands down!

 

We came back to your dealership that afternoon to purchase my TSX!  You had the color on the lot I wanted (premium pearl white) and with the AAA discount, we were able to add those "extra's" my husband and daughter said I had to have (I must admit, I do love the chrome wheels and rear spoiler)!!

 

Along with Paul, Michael in finance was amazing!  He kept us laughing during the whole paperwork process. Thank you both you went above and beyond!  I also appreciate the way the car sparkled when we picked it up, every detail was taken care of. I would like to thank everyone involved for the wonderful experience we had at your dealership.  Not to mention the great fresh baked cookies!
