Summer's definitely here in Valencia!
Hi all,
Summer’s definitely here in Valencia! High heat and dreams of vacation. And if it’s time to have some service or maintenance performed on your car this is probably an ideal time—before you make that long road trip! Our service team will assure that your Acura gets ALL the attention it deserves!
As you probably know, we’re quite busy with the new addition to our family, Speed Bump. “Bumper” as he’s affectionately called, has adjusted well to our other two boys, Scooter and Spark Plug. We’re in that “aim for the grass, good boy!” stage of his training.
We’re not the only ones to expand our family--Acura is doing the same, having added the all new RDX, and having completely restyled the MDX. By restyle I don’t mean there’s been a make-over of the MDX, it’s almost a brand new SUV. Check out these features, 3.7-liter VTEC V-6 Engine, a Drive-by-Wire Throttle System, Super Handling All-Wheel Drive System, and a 5-speed automatic transmission with Sequential SportShift. Maybe this is why the MDX was voted the best SUV on the road by Car and Driver recently. The RDX is a brand new crossover SUV that is highly stylized. To say that I am satisfied with my recent visit to your service department would be an understatement.
I was recently in an auto accident and my MDX was crunched up pretty good. So it was delivered to Pride Auto body for the repairs. As part of the repairs Pride Auto would be sending my MDX over to your service department to install a new airbag and dash. Fortunately my car was due for its 30,000 mile check up. So when my MDX was sent to your service department to install the new parts, I asked Robin to complete my 30,000 mile checkup at the same time.
It was important to me to know that when my car repairs were complete, that I would be confident that the car that would be "as close to new" as possible. I wanted to make sure that there wouldn't be any additional unforeseen problems as the result of the accident. So I asked Robin to go the extra mile to look the car over. On several occasions Robin called me back to report what had been done. I can say that I am confident that my MDX has been given the once over. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the fact that I did not have to call to ask a service update. And Robin is the greatest! Thank you to all at Valencia Acura! You guys are the BEST !!
