It’s been a while since I’ve posted on my blog and shared with you what is going on here at Valencia Acura and with our family. I have some catching up to do.

Remember over the summer we got a new puppy, Speed Bump aka “Bumper?” Well, puppydom really hit and this pup needed some training from experts! Bumper went to TLC4Dogs for 9 weeks, yes 9 weeks! He needed to learn so many of the basics and needed to get along with his 2 dog siblings, Scooter and Spark Plug. Having Bumper go to long term in kennel training was different for me and Don. We kept thinking we hate to miss all those new puppy discoveries and the silly and fun things that a young dog can do but we realized we needed help. We committed to getting training for Bumper and TLC4Dogs has a great website where we could log in and view pictures of Bumper that they taken during the day to see how he was doing. It was good to see him adjusting so well and know how his progress was doing.

Bumper came back about 2 weeks ago and we have found him to be more socialized with other dogs and other dog behaviors have improved. Whew! He gets his nap during the day here at the dealership. A few yips and then he is happily sleeping.

What’s happening here at the Dealership? We are excitedly waiting for the arrival of the new Acura models scheduled to come out this year and onward. A newly redesigned TSX is being launched in the spring. In the fall, Acura will be releasing aa re-skinned RL and a redesigned TL.  The expansion of the Acura line will give us more choices to keep on enjoying the Acura brand. You can take a virtual test drive on all current models on our website or come in for a test drive. When the new models start arriving, plan on taking them out for a spin!
