I hereby agree as follows:
1. I give and grant to Valencia Acura and its agency, its and their respective licensees, successors and assigns (herein collectively called the "licensed parties"), the right to use and publish information provided by me to Valencia Acura, including my name as submitted, in media used in the advertising and promotion of the Valencia Acura dealership.
2. I further agree that the licensed parties will have the right to attribute the submitted statement (or statements in different words which have substantially the same meaning) to me, which is an expression of my personal experience and belief.
3. If photography is provided, I agree that all photographs of me used and taken by the licensed parties are owned by them and that they may copyright material containing same.
4. Nothing herein will constitute any obligation on the licensed parties to make any use of any of the rights set forth herein.
5. I am 21 years of age or older.
